Dr. Cherry A. Collier, is the Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO) of The Fruits of Labor, Inc.. She has been spent over 15 years working in the field of human performance as a behavioral psychologist. She specializes in enabling people to move out of their own way to achieve extraordinary results. She believes that all work starts with self and once you understand self you can communicate successfully with anyone from a child to a CEO; thus developing successful relationships.

When it comes to helping people MOVE out of their own way – Dr. Cherry wrote the book. Her bestselling book "Move Out of Your Own Way!" enables people to get out of their own way to achieve extraordinary results. Dr. Cherry developed the Secret Psychology by studying Psychology, NLP, and working with over 1,000 clients.  The Secret Psychology helps improve self awareness and allows you to quickly actualize on your authentic power bringing abundance, growth and positive change. She has successfully performed countless seminars, training programs, key note addresses, coaching sessions, and one-on-one break through interventions; making her an expert in her field.  She is currently one of the most sought after NLP trainers’ and NLP coaches in the world.

Dr. Cherry has a solid and comprehensive educational background, along with a diverse career as an educator and human performance improvement consultant creating large-scale organizational change management, performance coaching programs and team enhancement interventions for Fortune 500 corporations and major institutions including The Coca Cola Company, SunTrust, Lucent Technologies, Russell Corporation and Auburn University. Additionally, she has been responsible for empowering leadership competencies, improving communication skills and increasing employee morale and productivity.

She has been highly effective implementing organizational change technology rollouts, and worldwide communication strategies to support globally based corporate programs. Dr. Cherry has a natural talent in developing strategies, organizing programs, coaching/motivating teams, and controlling financial resources for programs that have positively impacted revenue, profit, and performance. She led the organizational change and human performance effort for four $5+ million dollar technology implementations for Verizon, Sharp Electronics, State Farm Insurance Company and S1 Corporation.
Dr. Cherry received her Ph.D.  and Master of Science in Social Psychology from the University of Georgia. She graduated Magna Cum Laude, from Spelman College, with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. In addition to being an educator, motivational trainer, coach and consultant, she is also an author of four books.



Dr. Cherry is Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP; a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Hypnosis and is Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy Technique TM. She is also Certified in True Colors Behavioral Assessment and the Hermann Brian Dominance Inventory. She is a certified SHRM generalist, and has received extensive coaching and leadership training including The Coaches Institute, The Graduate School of Coaching, TTI and Corporate Coach U.
